To TRANSCEND is to exist or experience BEYOND the “normal” or physical level. When one looks at the surface of water, one can TRANSCEND into a state of blissful, reflective awareness, wellness and gratitude.
By simply looking at, being in, around or under the water, you have a positive physiological response. By lowering your heartbeat, breathing and cortisol levels, being around water reduces stress and improves your mood, creativity, compassion and helps you remain more present.
The Psychological Benefits of viewing Art increases blood flow to the brain by around 10%. Combining both of these positive effects allows for TRANSCENDENCE.
